As is tradition in British American Football, Superbowl Sunday is the day when local rivalries come to the fore and bragging rights for the next year are played for, and Manchester is no different as the Tyrants take on the Eagles at Burnage RFC at 1pm on Sunday 2nd February.
History is not kind to the Eagles, as this is a fixture that the Tyrants have traditionally dominated, but with the Tyrants struggling so far this season, both teams have a point to prove, making this one of the most hotly anticipated Varsity matches yet.
After the match, head on over to 256 Fallowfield for the Tyrants' annual Super Bowl party! With a pub quiz, beer pong tournament and, of course, the game itself, there's no end to the entertainment for the biggest American Football fixture of the season.
